Allison Meston Real Estate Group since 2016, Allison is a licensed Realtor and Real Estate Investor. Allison specializes in Rural Real Estate, Infill Development, and Agricultural Real Estate. I have my ABR and SRS designations and currently have too many leads to handle. I am looking for an experienced agent that we can mentor and help build their reputation in Edmonton and surrounding communities.

Job description

This individual should be great with people, hard-working, goal-oriented, and looking to take thier business to the next level! We are looking for somemone with at least 8 transacttions under their belt. We want someone who will complement our team and can help with additional leads.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and hold showings for clients List and sell residential Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers Host open houses and other events Prepare market analysis to help determine property value Educate clients on basic real estate procedures Verify and disclose property facts to clients

Qualifications:

Real Estate License Excellent English both Verbal and Written Computer Literacy (Web browsing, Microsoft Word, Power Point... ect.) Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields is a PLUS! Need to be used to a fast paced work environment.
Salary:

Commission pay ($60,000-$250,000+)
Schedule:

Felxible Schedule required, weekday evenings and weekends required.

no brand new agents
