What You'll Do

Connect with leads and clients via phone, email, text, and in-person meetings. Represent buyers and sellers while

putting clients' needs first

. Build and nurture client relationships to generate repeat and referral business. Attend property showings, listing presentations, and client meetings. Guide clients through the

entire home buying and selling process

Qualifications:

Valid Real Estate License Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. No Real Estate experience required! We have a proven track record of training brand new agents to become top producers. Proficient with technology Self-motivated, Self-managed, and Driven by Performance. Verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional work ethic, multi tasking & time management. People skills! A desire to succeed and help clients reach their real estate goals. Integrity & honesty
