Buyer Agent

This full-time position is ideal for a licensed Realtor who is passionate about helping buyers find the right property, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to professionalism, honesty, and integrity in every client interaction.
As a Buyer Agent, you'll focus on generating and managing buyer leads, maintaining consistent follow-up, conducting showings, and guiding clients through every step of their home purchase. You'll receive full training, mentorship, and access to The Kehoe Group's proven systems, marketing resources, and operational support to help you grow your business and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Proactively contact and qualify interested buyers from our lead systems, website, and marketing platforms.
Consistently follow up with new and active leads through calls, texts, and emails.
Conduct daily outreach using structured scripts, CRM systems, and personalized communication.
Maintain ongoing relationships with prospective clients, ensuring every interaction is professional, knowledgeable, and value-driven.
Identify and convert opportunities through both inbound and self-generated leads.
Buyer Representation
Meet with prospective buyers to understand their goals, preferences, and timelines.
Educate clients on market conditions, financing options, and the home buying process.
Schedule and conduct property showings, providing honest insights and transparent advice.
Write, present, and negotiate offers in the best interest of the client while maintaining compliance with all regulations.
Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, lawyers, and cooperating agents throughout the transaction process.
Team Collaboration
Communicate consistently with team members to ensure seamless client service and coordination.
Attend regular team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching with the team lead.
Utilize The Kehoe Group's systems for lead management, showing coordination, and transaction tracking.
Share market knowledge and best practices to contribute to team growth and client satisfaction.
Professional Development & Commitment
Maintain a strong understanding of current real estate trends, pricing, and market statistics.
Uphold the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
Remain responsive to both clients and team members, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new opportunities in a competitive environment.
Willingness to work long hours, evenings and weekends is a must.
Ideal Candidate
Licensed Realtor in good standing (RECO).
Strong knowledge of the local market or a commitment to developing it quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to build rapport and maintain trust with clients.
Highly organized and disciplined in follow-up and database management.
Motivated by growth, opportunity, and continuous learning.
Positive, team-oriented mindset with a client-first approach.
