Job description The Real Estate Receptionist position primarily involves front desk duties including but not limited to:
Answering phones and booking/confirming appointments through Broker Bay
Broker-Loading listings - input on MLS
Offers - preparation of offers, amendments, waivers and other related forms/ documents
Agent activities - booking of open houses and garage sale signs, update sales board, preparation of feature sheets, order sign installations, photocopying and filing of all listings & legal documents
Data entry and drafting of real estate related documents
Manage listings, appointments & confirmations
Booking showings, checking appointments and paging agents with details
Marketing Materials - preparing marketing materials such as feature sheets, just listed/sold cards, window displays, listing presentation (design and data entry), social media, etc.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude Greeting everyone in a warm, friendly yet professional manner
Receive and sort mail deliveries
Supply orders/basic machine maintenance
Maintain appearance of reception, board rooms and training areas
Requirements:
Some experience in Real Estate
Must work well with others
Customer service-oriented
Proficient communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Self-starter with ability to take initiative and find answers when needed
