Position: Real Estate Support
Employment Type: Full-Time Ongoing Contract (Leave Coverage)
Hours: Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm
Location: Mississauga, ON. (Meadowvale Blvd & Mississauga Rd.)
Hourly Rate: $24.00 - $25.00/hr

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process lease renewals: draft letters, negotiate terms, present to VP for approval, track documentation and populate internal lease management program
  • Real estate market analysis, research and site planning reports
  • Coordinate and track condition dates in signed Offer to Lease/Lease Agreements.
  • Prepare summary of new leases and populate internal lease management program
  • Resolve Landlord/Tenant issues for existing network
  • Key contact between Landlord and Franchisees on all communication
  • Review, evaluate and challenge property tax and invoicing
  • Maintain good relations with existing Landlords
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective Landlords, brokers, municipalities and other major tenants through meetings, industry functions and telephone calls.
  • Support real estate, construction and franchising departments administratively as necessary to help with success of departments goals.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Post secondary education
  • Previous administrative, property and leasing experience required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Adaptable with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and able to navigate complex situations
  • Strong written, oral and verbal communication skills
