About the Role


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Administrator to provide administrative and operational support within a fast-paced real estate office. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting a team environment.

Key Responsibilities



Provide day-to-day administrative support to the real estate team Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, agreements, and related documentation Coordinate client communications, scheduling, and follow-ups Maintain and update client databases and property listings Ensure compliance with legal and real estate regulations in documentation and processes Assist with marketing materials, MLS postings, and property information packages Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) - creating and scheduling engaging content to promote properties, events, and brand visibility Coordinate staff and client events, including logistics, vendor communications, and on-site support Support the team with general office management as required

Qualifications



Minimum 2 years' experience as an assistant in a real estate or legal office (required) Strong proficiency in real estate software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content (preferred) Event planning or coordination experience is an asset Bilingual (English/French) is an asset Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team setting Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Strong attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information
