We are a fast-growing real estate team looking for a motivated and organized Office Administrator + Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join us full-time in our Richmond Hill office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in real estate, learn high-level sales skills, and grow with our team.
Responsibilities:
Admin / Office Duties
Manage daily office operations, reception & client communication
MLS data entry, document organization & transaction paperwork
Support listings (photography scheduling, staging coordination, signage, mailers)
Email & calendar management
Assist with social media posting & basic marketing
ISA / Sales Support
Call incoming leads, follow-up & nurture CRM database (Follow Up Boss)
Book appointments & consultations for agents
Handle new inquiry calls, messages & online lead responses
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Track lead activity, reporting & follow-up processes

Excellent English communication & phone confidence
Strong organizational & time-management skills
Friendly, professional, positive attitude
Tech-savvy (CRM, spreadsheets, email platforms)
Fast learner & problem-solver
Experience in sales, call centre, real estate, or customer service is an asset
Willing to work full time in-office (not remote)
Compensation
$17/hour to start (based on experience)
