Interested in helping students achieve academic success? If so, consider a tutor position with Sylvan Learning Centre in
St. Albert
. Sylvan is recruiting individuals who can teach Sylvan prescribed programs in math, reading, and writing. Tutors work with students in a 3:1 setting in centre, providing individualized instruction to each student. Tutoring is offered to students 4-8 pm on weekdays and daytime hours on Saturday.Position needs to be filled for Saturday from 10-2 pm
.Applicants with a B.Ed. degree are preferred, and applicants are accepted who have a degree or who are in the 3rd or 4th year of a degree program. The person who best qualifies has a positive attitude, works well with students of all ages, and is an effective motivator.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
