Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student's unique needs, learning style, and goals, incorporating curriculum development best practices. Utilize learning technology tools and digital resources to enhance instruction and facilitate interactive learning experiences. Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative evaluations, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly. Manage three-on-one settings effectively by applying table management techniques that promote focus and respect. Support students in mastering core subjects. Collaborate with parents, teachers, or program coordinators to track progress and set achievable learning objectives.

Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to diverse learner needs. Proficiency with learning technology platforms and digital tools used for remote or in-person tutoring sessions. Excellent tutoring skills with experience working with children, teens or adult learners across various educational backgrounds. Experience in classroom management techniques suitable for both young children in preschool or early childhood education settings and older students in higher education environments. Strong computer skills including familiarity with educational software and online communication tools. Ability to adapt teaching methods for students with special education needs or those requiring additional support. Experience working with diverse age groups and educational levels; background in adult education is advantageous.
