At Venuiti Healthcare, we specialize in elevating the healthcare experience through custom software development and comprehensive integration solutions. With nearly two decades of industry expertise, our teams in Waterloo, Canada, and Atlanta, Georgia, craft pioneering technologies tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals and institutions.

Venuiti Healthcare is ramping up a new tech team to launch an exciting health tech initiative in partnership with a U.S. government entity. This project is part of our mission to build transformative digital health solutions.

We are in the early stages of this effort, and additional project details remain confidential and will be shared directly with selected candidates during the interview process.

Requirements:

Proven expertise in ReactJS, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience developing web applications with React. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies. Experience working in an agile development environment, utilizing tools like Jira and Git for project management and version control. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable and efficient code. A track record of delivering successful projects on time and within scope. A passion for creating purposeful software that positively impacts healthcare and patient outcomes. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Must be on-site 5 days/week in the Downtown Toronto Office.

Must have Canadian Citizenship.

Nice to Have:

Existing government security clearance

Experience:

TypeScript Expertise:

Strong knowledge of static typing and TypeScript advantages for maintaining high code quality.

React Hooks:

Proficient in using React Hooks for managing state and implementing reusable logic.

React Context API:

Experience managing state globally using Context API without excessive prop drilling.

Testing and Debugging:

Familiarity with Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library for unit testing and debugging.

Component Library Integration:

Experience with Material-UI, Ant Design, or Bootstrap for UI consistency.

Performance Optimization:

Knowledge of techniques like lazy loading, code splitting, and render optimization.

RESTful APIs:

Comfortable with API design principles and backend interaction.

CI/CD:

Familiar with tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions to automate build and deployment.

Cross-Browser Compatibility:

Capable of ensuring responsive, cross-browser compatible design.

Code Documentation:

Committed to clear and maintainable documentation for collaboration and continuity.
