Your Role
As a valued member of our clinical team, you will:
Provide dental hygiene assessments, treatment planning, and patient education
Perform scaling, polishing, fluoride applications, and oral hygiene instruction
Take and interpret digital x-rays, intraoral photos, and scans
Educate patients on the oral-systemic connection to overall health
Maintain accurate and efficient patient documentation
Work closely with dentists and team members to deliver exceptional care
Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly one-on-one sessions for growth and support
Assist with screenings related to TMJ, airway, and sleep-disordered breathing
Gain hands-on experience with Digital Smile Design during cosmetic consultations
What We're Looking For
Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Dentrix experience preferred
Team-oriented with a positive, growth-focused mindset
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
