Summary



We are seeking a talented R&D Technician to join our dynamic team at Frankie's Organic. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and enhancement of our product offerings, ensuring that we continue to meet the needs of our customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The ideal candidate will assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documents, support the preparation of product samples, and help ensure accurate formulation data, nutritional information, and ingredient listings. This role plays a key part in facilitating efficient communication and workflow between R&D, Quality, and cross-functional departments.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the creation, updating, and organization of technical documentation including: Product specification sheets Nutritional panels and ingredient decks Regulatory and compliance forms Support the product development team with sample preparation for internal evaluations, customer submissions, and shelf-life studies. Accurately record and track formulation changes and product prototypes. Collaborate with the quality team to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with industry standards and internal procedures. Maintain records of raw material specifications and assist in sourcing technical data from suppliers. Help coordinate lab trials and testing for new and revised products. Participate in sensory panels, product evaluations, and assist with shelf-life tracking and stability testing. Ensure proper labeling of all lab samples and prototypes according to internal protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the R&D lab and storage areas.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Food Science, or related field. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
