Responsibilities:

Are you ready to make a difference as an R&D Process Scientist (Colour)? Join our Research & Development team, led by the Head of Research & Development, and take on the following responsibilities:

  • You will support the R&D and Sales departments by responding to new commercial opportunities and projects through application testing, product formulation, and troubleshooting formulation challenges.
  • You will continuously improve extrusion processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • You will conduct application testing for product development in various food applications.
  • You will prepare colour samples for customer projects and testing.
  • You will develop colour formulations aligned with customer criteria and market trends.
  • You will investigate and optimize performance characteristics of existing products.
  • You will troubleshoot to resolve technical challenges in both internal and external projects.
  • You will demonstrate scientific rigor in projects and investigations, utilizing literature, skills, and knowledge to create colour formulations or pigments.
  • You will analyze and select new raw materials, and document findings in analytical and investigative reports.
  • You will collaborate effectively with international teams and contribute as a professional and constructive team member.
  • You will provide training and mentoring to interns.
