Located in Chambly, they have an immediate opening for an Electrical R&D Manager. Position 40 hours/week - On site.
Reporting to the VP Engineering, you will be responsible for the following tasks:- Take part in the management of R&D projects
- Structuring department procedures
- Ensure departmental efficiency
- Oversee financial, scheduling and strategic aspects
- Support technical teams in their day-to-day tasks to streamline processes
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth project closure
- Follow up projects with customers and internal teams
- Monitor technological and competitive developments
- Supervise the team
- Collaborate with all company departments
- Other tasks related to project management, product development and department growthYour competencies- A sense of perspective, curiosity and poise
- Organization, ability to assemble and coordinate
- Leadership, ability to give clear instructions and justify decisionsWe\'re looking for an organized, dynamic leader. - Experience in renewable energies an asset

- Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Bilingual English/French
- Bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering

- Salary: $115k - $135k depending on experience
