Le/la candidat(e) ideal(e) sera le premier point de contact pour nos clients, offrant un service client exceptionnel et garantissant une gestion fluide des rendez-vous ainsi qu'une excellente experience client. Ce role est essentiel pour maintenir une ambiance accueillante et faire en sorte que chaque client se sente valorise et apprecie dans notre spa.
Responsabilites
Accueillir et assister les patients et visiteurs de maniere professionnelle.
Gerer les appels telephoniques entrants, fournir des informations et diriger les appels si necessaire.
Planifier les rendez-vous et gerer l'agenda de nos estheticien(ne)s pour assurer un deroulement optimal des activites.
Effectuer des taches de saisie de donnees en veillant a ce que les dossiers des clients soient tenus a jour avec precision.
Maintenir l'espace propre et bien range.
Repondre aux questions des clients.
Utiliser efficacement les systemes telephoniques tout en faisant preuve d'excellentes competences en communication telephonique.
Aider aux taches generales du spa au besoin pour soutenir l'equipe.
Experience
Une experience prealable en tant que receptionniste ou dans un role administratif est preferable, en particulier dans un spa ou un salon.
Maitrise de l'utilisation des systemes informatiques et logiciels, notamment Fresha (une formation sera fournie).
Solides competences organisationnelles avec la capacite de gerer efficacement plusieurs taches.
Excellentes competences en communication, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit.
Familiarite avec les processus de saisie de donnees et la tenue precise des dossiers.

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. Duties
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, providing information and directing calls as necessary.
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for our estheticians to insure everything runs smoothly.
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring client records are accurately maintained.
Keep space tidy and neat.
Help customers with any questions.
Operate phone systems efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist with general spa duties as needed to support the team.
Experience
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred, particularly in a spa/salon setting.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Fresha. (Training will be provided. )
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining accurate records.
