Votre futur role:
Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) receptionniste bilingue qui sera charge(e) de fournir un service a la clientele efficace et courtois aux clients internes et externes.
Relevant de la Vice-Presidente des ressources humaines, le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) est tres motive(e), efficace, a le souci du detail et est organise(e), et il/elle a une forte volonte d'apprendre et la capacite de jongler avec une variete de taches dans un cadre rapide et un environnement stimulant.
Vos prochains defis:
Accueillir les visiteurs de facon aimable, professionnelle et courtoise;
Repondre, filtrer et acheminer les appels telephoniques;
Repondre aux courriels recus a l'adresse de courriel generale du bureau;
Recevoir, trier et distribuer le courrier et/ou les colis quotidiens;
Utiliser les services d'expedition pour assurer la livraison et le suivi des colis et de la correspondance;
S'assurer que l'aire de reception soit maintenue dans un etat presentable en tout temps;
Gerer les reservations de salles de conference.
Imprimer et classer, archiver, filtrer, repondre et rediriger les appels entrants, effectuer des taches administratives;
Gerer les calendriers, mettre a jour et tenir a jour les listes de contacts, et coordonner et fixer les rendez-vous;
Participer a des projets speciaux et a d'autres taches administratives.

Your Future role
KRB is looking for a bilingual receptionist who will be responsible for providing efficient and courteous customer service to internal and external customers. Reporting to the Vice-President HR, the successful candidate will be highly motivated, efficient, detail-oriented and organized, with a strong willingness to learn and the ability to juggle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, stimulating environment.
Your next challenges
Greet visitors in a friendly, professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Answer incoming e-mails to the general office e-mail address.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and/or packages.
Use corporate shipping services to ensure delivery and follow-up of outbound packages and letters.
Ensure the reception area is maintained in a presentable condition at all times.
Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Manage boardrooms reservations.
Printing and filing, filing, screening, answering and redirecting incoming calls, performing administrative duties;
Manage calendars, update and maintain contact lists, and coordinate and schedule appointments;
Participate in special projects and other administrative duties.
Drafting, filing and managing e-mail and correspondence, opening files and new matters following firm protocol, printing and filing, archiving, screening, answering and redirecting incoming calls, performing administrative tasks;

Assist in special projects and other administrative tasks, as assigned form time to time by KRB management.
