Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ABA Supervisor to oversee patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, particularly in pediatrics, and possess excellent leadership skills. This role requires a compassionate individual who can effectively manage teams while ensuring high standards of care and support for our clients.

Duties

Supervise ABA Therapist Assistants . Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for children. Conduct case management activities, including data collection and documentation. Provide training and support to staff on medical terminology and special education needs. Engage in research initiatives to improve service delivery and patient outcomes. Foster a positive team environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Requirements

Proven experience working with children in a healthcare or educational setting. Background in clinic environments, particularly within pediatrics. Strong understanding of patient care principles and case management practices. Familiarity with data collection methods and medical terminology relevant to the field. Experience in special education is highly desirable. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care.
