RATING ASSOCIATE

Rating Associate (Administrative)
Mississauga, ON

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

You will work for a business that offers various shipping services across the globe to clients. You will ensure accurate and timely account processing to maximize margin and revenue.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain excellent customer service with internal and external customers
Coordinate rating, auditing and billing functions
Research and resolve data entry problems
Correct billing errors
Ensure data entry staff is familiar with current policies and procedures
Enter bills by service level, manifest charter bills, update customer lists etc.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of related industry experience
Highly motivated with a focus on details and accuracy in a fast paced environment
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures or government regulations
Basic math skills for calculating US/international measurements and currency
Strong typing and data entry skills
Clean criminal record (we will verify)
