based on performance and site needs.#
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of relevant security experience
Valid BC Basic Security Training (BST)
Must beresiding in Victoria, BC
Loss Prevention experience
is an assetValid OFA Level 2
Advanced Security / Use of Force Training
(BST, AST, MOAB) Demonstrated experience usingUse of Force
when required Ability to manage and engage withvagrants and intoxicated individuals
Strong verbal skills with provenconflict de-escalation
ability Proficiency in English (verbal & written) Ability to producehigh-quality, detailed reports
Strongcustomer service background
is a significant asset Professional, disciplined, honest, and ethical conduct Capable ofstanding and patrolling for extended periods
Comfortable workingindependently or as part of a diverse team
Excellentobservation, communication, interpersonal skills
Strong presence, situational awareness, and attention to detail#
Position Details:

10:00 - 18:00Wage Range:
$22 - $25 per hourCertifications:
