The historic Miracle Ranch is seeking a full-time Ranch Manager to care for horses and keep our ranch functioning well and looking spectacular. Reporting directly to the owners of the Ranch, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Ranch. Miracle Ranch was founded in the 1970 \xe2\x80\x99s and has been a staple in the community ever since. Miracle Ranch gets involved in boarding of horses, scenic trail rides for all ages and lessons for the beginner and the experienced rider. We are looking for an experienced Ranch Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ranch. Our Ranch Manager must also have an eye for detail and have initiative to be able to determine and attend to what needs attention or fixing around the ranch and the owners\xe2\x80\x99 property without being told. The owners of Miracle Ranch want to honor and preserve the beauty of the Ranch and the pristine nature of the land. If you want to be the Ranch Manager of this beautiful ranch and manage the day-to-day operations of this exciting opportunity, you must have the same desire to honor and preserve the land. You will also be a collaborative in your approach to managing the Ranch, a good listener, respectful of and to your supervisors, peers, and subordinates. You will represent Miracle Ranch in everything you do and in how you relate to people in the community. You will therefore act in a dignified manner at all times, considerate of the members of the community with whom you reside and courteous to those with whom you and we will do business with. In turn you will have earned the autonomy to manage your work as you see best. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the ranch.
  • Manage staff and schedules.
  • Answering all phone calls and emails.
  • Manage all ranch programs, including trail rides and lessons.
  • Develop and implement ranch policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all ranch staff are properly trained and adhere to safety regulations.
  • Oversee the maintenance of all ranch equipment and facilities.
  • Manage day to day needs of horses on the ranch.
  • Manage supplies for horses and the ranch.
  • Manage and keep the facility clean.
  • Manage and teach potential new events we may host.
  • Develop marketing strategies for the ranch\'s products and services.
  • Hauling of horses to locations as needed.
  • Other duties as needed.

Miracle Ranch is our little piece of paradise, and we invite our Ranch Manager to share that with us. Accommodation on the ranch is provided to the Ranch Manager and their family while under our employment. A clean background is a necessity.
Class 3 license is required, or must be willing to acquire immediately. Compensation includes full time salary, bonus based on profit-share, and free accommodation of stand- alone three bedroom home.
