Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Ranch Hand (Summer Student) to assist our team with various tasks around the ranch. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are keen to learn about operations while contributing to the daily upkeep and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lawn Maintenance:

Mow grass and maintain the landscaping to ensure a tidy and inviting environment.

Facility Care:

Paint and repair facilities as needed to keep our ranch looking its best.

Weed Management:

Cut burrs and manage vegetation to maintain our property.

Cleanliness:

Keep all facilities clean and organized, including barns, shops, cabins and common areas.

Pool & Spa Maintenance:

Care for our pool and hot tub to ensure cleanliness and functionality.

Horse Care:

Assist with the daily care of horses, including feeding, grooming, and exercising (riding may be included if qualified, not required).

Miscellaneous Duties:

Perform various tasks as needed to support ranch operations.

Qualifications:

Ability to work with small machinery/equipment such as lawn mower and hand tools. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Passion for work outdoors. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience with horses is a plus but not required.

Pay: $15.80-$18.00 per hour
