Job Description
Sarvaq Matrix is currently seeking a local Ramp Attendants in Iqaluit, NU. This position is a full time position and comes with a competitive compensation package. The requirements for this position are stated below:
Primary Responsibilities
- Preparation of worksite.
- Load and Unload aircraft.
- Loading and Unloading of passengers
- Keep walkways and work areas clear.
- Wear required Personal Protection Equipment as required.
- Ensure PPE is maintained as per care and cleaning instructions.
- Participate in daily Toolbox meetings.
- Support monthly worksite inspections.
- Perform tasks as per safe work practices and safe job procedures.
- Actively participate as a high performing, team member.
- Report unsafe conditions and equipment to General Manager.
- Report all incidents and accidents immediately.
- Ensure good housekeeping in the work area at all times.
- Must hold or have the ability to qualify for a valid airport RAIC card
- Hard working
- Good customer service skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Reliable
