looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team.




As a

Raffle & Engagement Coordinator

, you will connect 50/50 raffle and auction participants with the mission of the True North Youth Foundation (TNYF). Your responsibilities will involve leading digital engagement, winner stewardship, and regionalized outreach to increase player retention, expand reach, and elevate the overall raffle experience. In addition, you will also ensure participants feel valued and connected while enabling sustained growth in raffle-generated revenue.

What to be excited for in this role

:

TNYF Administration:

Manage the 50/50 Winner's Circle and Subscription Service. Collaborate with Finance & Development and Events teams to ensure accurate reporting and stewardship activities.

Fundraising & Event Support:

Lead winner recognition events and support fundraising initiatives. Assist with game day operations including Jets, Moose, and Sea Bears community raffles.

Engagement & Stewardship:

Develop segmented campaigns using email, SMS, and digital advertising. Analyze participant data to build audience personas and create donor-centric content for newsletters and reports.

Raffles & Auctions:

Serve as primary contact for participant communications and winner outreach for TNYF fundraising initiatives. Build relationships with winners and collect impact stories for stewardship efforts.

Community Engagement:

Integrate campaigns into TNYF's broader storytelling calendar. Create regionalized content for urban and rural Manitoba supporters.

Innovation & Operations:

Stay current on emerging raffle technologies and support new initiative rollouts. Manage operational fulfillment, communications, and participant inquiries across multiple platforms.

Organizational Integration:

Participate in TNSE's "adopt a class" program and maintain collaborative relationships across all departments. Perform other duties as required that align with the responsibilities of the role and the needs of the organization.

What we need from you:



Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Fundraising, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in fundraising, marketing, event coordination, or community engagement. Experience with CRM systems, databases, digital/in-person campaign execution, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools. Proficient with email and SMS marketing, social media, and data analytics. Knowledge of non-profit or charitable gaming regulations is an asset. Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship building skills. Professional, approachable, and enthusiastic -- comfortable interacting with the public. Strong event coordination and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with accuracy in reporting, documentation, and fulfillment. Passionate about community impact with creative campaign development skills. Results-oriented with excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a diverse and evolving environment, independently managing deadlines and corresponding workload. Successful applicant will be required to provide Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check. Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation. Flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings and weekends.
