We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Radiologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients through the interpretation of medical imaging. This position plays a crucial role in patient care, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plans. The Radiologist will collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, focusing on both acute and chronic conditions.
Duties
Interpret and analyze medical images, including mammogram ultrasounds and Xray.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to discuss findings and develop treatment plans.
Provide insights on pain management strategies based on imaging results.
Engage in data collection for research purposes to enhance diagnostic techniques and patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
Ensure compliance with medical protocols and standards of care in acute care settings.
Administer medications as necessary in conjunction with treatment plans.
Stay updated on advancements in radiology practices and medical terminology relevant to pediatrics.
Skills
- MD or equivalent medical degree.
- Certification in Diagnostic Radiology (or equivalent).
- Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) in Radiology

Pay: From $270,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
