JOB DESCRIPTION

"The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing software for indoor LTE NR (New Radio) products, contributing to the advancement of 5G technology.

Key Responsibilities: o Design, develop, and implement software solutions for indoor LTE NR radio systems o Optimize radio algorithms and protocols to enhance system performance and efficiency o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components into the overall product architecture o Conduct thorough testing and debugging of radio software to ensure high-quality, reliable performance o Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to radio software functionality o Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans o Stay current with emerging technologies and industry standards in the field of wireless communications"

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field o Proficiency in C++ and JAVA programming languages o Strong understanding of LTE and 5G NR standards, protocols, and architectures o Experience with software development for embedded systems and real-time operating systems o Familiarity with digital signal processing (DSP) techniques and algorithms o Knowledge of radio frequency (RF) principles and wireless communication systems o Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development methodologies o Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., LTE, 5G) is a plus

Healthy experience in radio software development, preferably in the telecommunications industry o Proven track record of developing software for LTE or 5G NR systems o Experience with indoor wireless solutions and small cell technologies o Familiarity with network simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, NS-3) o Background in performance optimization and troubleshooting of radio software o Experience with Agile development methodologies

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
