Radio Integration & Performance Engineer

You will:
Design, test, and troubleshoot new hardware/software radios to ensure they meet all functional and performance targets.
Prepare and maintain laboratory environments, including both hardware and software infrastructure.
Connect multiple digital and analog radio-frequency (RF) designs into cohesive product prototypes.
Lead functional and performance integration of new products, developing calibration and optimization procedures.
Define the test coverage required for successful product integration.
Implement automated validation using Python scripts or Matrix Laboratory (MATLAB).
Analyze test results, drive design updates, and highlight system-level improvements for future products.
Perform statistical analysis of measurement data to guide design and process decisions.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Master's degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering--or a bachelor's degree with equivalent experience.
5 + years of hands-on experience designing, developing, or integrating radio products.
Working knowledge of Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) standards and their practical application.
Proven leadership in guiding complex RF development efforts and mentoring experienced engineers.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
Solid object-oriented programming skills (Python; C++ is an asset).
Scripting proficiency in MATLAB is an advantage.
RF engineering expertise is a plus.
Energy and drive to excel in a dynamic product-development setting.
Proficient English communication skills, written and spoken.
