Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive advertising sales.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their advertising needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Create compelling advertising packages that meet client objectives.
Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and trade shows, to promote our services.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
Maintain comprehensive sales records to stay well organized.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in radio advertising sales.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market data and make informed decisions.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Exceptional client service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
Excellent ability to use standard office technology to communicate, develop sales proposals, track leads, and clsoe deals.
