Job Description

We are looking for an engineer reporting to the Competition Engineer to help us improve the performance and reliability of our vehicles in a racing environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on vehicle development, go out into the field to test and collect data, and support our racing teams. You will be able to use your keen sense of innovation to influence technical decisions regarding the various systems in our race cars. The results of your work will have a direct impact on race results. You will be part of a dynamic, passionate, and versatile team.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Directly support drivers in the field during events and tests.

Develop and optimize key systems (engine, suspension, transmission, electronics, etc.).

Design, plan, and conduct technical tests (field and laboratory).

Analyze and solve complex problems related to vehicle dynamics.

Work closely with product development engineering teams around the world (primarily Valcourt and Austria).



YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering.

Field experience in motorsports competition.

Ability to communicate in French and in English with internal and external stakeholders outside of Quebec or unilingual English speakers on a daily basis;

Proficiency in CAD tools:

CATIA V5/SolidWorks.

Multi-system knowledge:

mechanics, electronics, embedded software.
