Westwood Fine Cabinetry is looking for an energetic and passionate Quoting Specialist to join their team.

The Quoting Specialist works as part of the Sales group of Westwood Fine Cabinetry. This rock star provides outstanding customer service and administrative support to local showroom sales designers by analyzing and interpreting lay out designs, into a customer quote.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Interpret layouts produced by the designer. Works together with multiple departments (i.e., engineering, production, purchasing, installations, and shipping) as needed to ensure accurate quotes and lead times. Follows up on quotes and modifies quotes as necessary.

REQUIRMENTS:

#1 Requirement -

Above average ability to work with various computer programs including Microsoft Office, and be confident with learning new computer programs and systems. Strong administrative skills in planning, tracking and follow-through Capable of providing consistently accurate work under pressure situations and deadlines. Consistently demonstrates superior customer service by combining system knowledge, sales, product, and problem-solving skills to exceed customer expectations. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, interact well with people, have a high degree of attention to detail and organization skills. AMAZING customer service skills including personal contact, phone & email Above average skills in mathematics. Knowledge within the kitchen cabinetry industry is considered an asset. Knowledge of 20-20 design software or AutoCAD is considered an asset.
