Responsibilities

Prepare detailed Light package quotations based on client requests and specifications Collaborate with sales and technical teams to gather necessary information for accurate pricing Review client requirements thoroughly to ensure all aspects of the quotation are addressed Maintain organized records of all quotations issued and follow up on pending proposals Communicate effectively with clients and contractors to clarify needs and provide additional information as needed Assist in updating pricing databases and maintaining current product or service information Support the sales process by providing timely and precise quotations to facilitate decision-making

Experience

Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential Familiarity with industry-specific products or services is a plus but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or similar software tools Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
