The Quotations Coordinator is responsible for the initial set up of commercial HVAC quotations project files. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities:
Respond to all internal/external email/telephone between the sales representative, order desk, and customers. Makes sure all quotations' requests are supported with proper documentation (i.e. project name, closing date, specifications) Uses multiple sources including vendors and internet to source products/vendor quotes. Logging 1st time in quotes in ProQuote and setting up corresponding project files. May be required to act as inside sales support or order desk at the request of manager. Review pretender addendums to address any changes with customers and within the department. Recognizes HVAC specs and coordinate with HVAC department to ensure we quote all of the relevant product.

You Must Have:

Demonstrated interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills to effectively build a positive relationship with team members, vendors, and customers Self-starter who can take initiative, and has the willingness to learn Project Management experience Ability to foster a team-first environment that strives for excellence Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) An eye for detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

Nice to Have:

Experience with ProQuote and Trend Previous experience and/or HVAC knowledge Experience reading blueprints and spec reading


Base Pay: $60,000 - $75,000 + Profit Sharing
