Quotations Administrator

As a member of the commercial heating team, you will play a crucial role in the procurement process by preparing accurate and competitive quotes for commercial heating customers. Wage range is $45,760 - $52,000 per annum. Wages may be scaled with relevant education and/or experience.

Responsibilities:

Work as a team member within our commercial heating department Communicate pricing details effectively to clients Address client concerns or modifications to quotes promptly and professionally Maintain accurate records of quote requests, revisions, and approvals Organize and archive project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence Prepare and distribute formal quotations to clients in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Completion of grade 12 Strong time management and organizational skills. High degree of attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and keyboarding skills. Strong mathematical skills and ability to perform accurate cost calculations Inside sales experience
