This role will handle all products pricing related tasks and perform daily bookkeeping tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and maintain cost database by entering and backing up data.
Make weekly price lists.
Product cost analysis and pricing strategies
Monitor and report abnormal cost changes: dollar exchange rate, major events affecting commodity pricing, etc. (Copper, aluminum)
Provide landed cost and quotations for accounting, sales and materials departments.
Track and maintain consignment inventory and communicate with customers/ vendors.
Lock Copper price with the suppliers before deadlines.
Record daily transactions, such as enter bills/invoices and record expenses, etc.
Assist with preparing financial statements.
Support the preparation of tax returns and other compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (NetSuite; Quickbooks).
Assist with Clerical and Administrative Tasks: answering phones, organizing mail, etc.
Other duties as assigned by the accounting department.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information
Qualifications / Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational and decision-making skills.
Suitable organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation processes.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Diploma
5 years of office related experience
Proficient with MSOffice and business/ accounting/ERP systems. (NetSuite; Quickbooks)

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
