Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. This position involves various responsibilities, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, for processing customer transactions. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and dining areas. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours. Perform routine cleaning tasks to uphold cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling practices is advantageous. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. A commitment to providing high-quality service while adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
