Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a positive experience. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cashiering duties. Prepare and handle food items in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils regularly. Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management. Experience in upselling products or services is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and food preparation techniques. Proficient in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food service areas. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
