This role involves various responsibilities, including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their orders. Prepare food items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Handle food safely and adhere to all food handling regulations. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience for customers. Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to help team members and contribute positively to the restaurant atmosphere. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
