Key Responsibilities:

? Lead daily shop operations, including inventory, merchandising, and service flow ? Supervise, train, and inspire a high-performing team ? Perform essential automotive services: oil & filter changes, fluid exchanges, tire services, and light repairs ? Manage POS and cash transactions with accuracy ? Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, can-do attitude ? Drive store sales through smart strategies and personal engagement ? Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment ? Negotiate with vendors and manage inventory effectively ? Utilize math and reporting skills for sales tracking and performance analysis ? Resolve customer concerns and ensure complete satisfaction
