Role Overview
Working under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Quality & Systems Coordinator supports the coordination, consistency, and quality of all Mountain Plains CSSN operational systems. This role contributes directly to the organization's effectiveness by supporting the development, maintenance, and monitoring of internal operational processes, quality assurance systems, health and safety compliance, inventory controls, and documentation standards across all service delivery sites.
The Quality & Systems Coordinator ensures day-to-day operational tasks are completed accurately and supports the implementation of agency-wide procedures that align with Mountain Plains CSSN's mission, strategic goals, policies, and CARF Accreditation standards. This position provides critical support to both clinical and non-clinical team members by maintaining reliable systems, documentation, and follow-through that uphold the organization's quality and compliance expectations.
Attributes and Abilities
Working knowledge of operational procedures, quality assurance standards, and health and safety requirements applicable to Mountain Plains CSSN.
Excellent critical thinking with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
Ability to interpret, maintain, and apply policies, procedures, and safety standards across multiple programs.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks to a high standard.
Collaborative work style that encourages communication, clarity, and accountability across all levels of the organization.
Strong documentation and administrative skills, including proficiency with digital filing systems and structured workflows.
Ability to model ethical decision-making and accountability in alignment with Mountain Plains CSSN Values and Culture Code.
Demonstrated proactive thinking and ability to support preventative and responsive operational practices.
Hiring requirements:
Education: 2+Year post-secondary diploma or degree
Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License

Vehicle Insurance stating $2 million liability and access to a reliable vehicle
