Job Description
itec group is actively sourcing for an Automotive Quality Manager within the Tri-City region.

- Identify and analyze quality-related issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Develop supplier quality standards, conduct supplier audits, and monitor supplier performance.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Certified IATF Auditor
- Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies, including statistical process control, root cause analysis, FMEA, and APQP.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and manage a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customer
