Quality Management System Coordinator - Part-Time

We are committed to providing an exceptional level of care for our patients and are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Management System (QMS) Coordinator to oversee the Diagnostic Imaging QMS program. This part-time role is essential in maintaining compliance and quality standards across our imaging services.

Please note - For candidates with qualifications in a Diagnostic Imaging technical field (such as X-ray or Ultrasound), there is an opportunity to combine QMS Coordinator hours with clinical shifts to create a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of the Diagnostic Imaging QMS.

Ensure compliance with CPSA standards and other regulatory requirements.

Coordinate audit preparation and documentation.

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support continuous quality improvement.

Maintain and update QMS policies, procedures, and records.

Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information at all times.

Performs other related duties, as required.

Requirements

Experience in quality management within healthcare or diagnostic imaging.

Strong understanding of CPSA standards and audit processes.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Previous experience in a QMS role is an asset.
