Quality Integration Specialist
to execute these position outcomes:
Operational processes are consistently implemented and utilized across all projects
Operational and Business processes are regularly evaluated to support a culture of continuous improvement
Project and organizational data is accessible and actionable through well-maintained dashboards, enabling timely, informed, and strategic decision-making at all levels.
The wage for this position is $93,000 - $140,000 and is based on relevant skills and experience.
Qualifications
PMP or Equivalent
Construction Management certificate/degree
Procore Certification is an asset
Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Six Sigma, and lean methodologies is an asset
Class 5 Drivers License required
Knowledge skills and abilities
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction operations, quality management, or project coordination
Proficiency in Procore and other construction management platforms
Strong understanding of Quality processes and principles
Experience in Business Analysis, capable of developing comprehensive data analysis strategies and solutions.
Strong communicator, relationship builder and business partner
Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
Strong presentation and facilitator skills
Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and support training delivery
