We are currently searching for a talented individual that shares our corporate values and beliefs to fill immediate full-time requirements as a Quality Assurance Inspector in our Uxbridge, Ontario facility.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines, policies and procedures
• Safe setup parts for inspection to the latest drawings
• Inspect parts / equipment at set-up stage as per applicable ISO procedures to the latest drawings and ensure that jobs are completed on time
• Prepare detailed inspection reports.
• Document all Non-Conformances in the system.
• Help investigate Non-Conformance parts / equipment to determine root cause and recommend corrective actions
• Work with third party inspectors for outside inspections
• Work pro-actively with fabrication to improve quality in the manufacturing stage
• Flexible, adaptable, ability to work overtime
• Able to use hand tool such as grinder and impact guns
• Able to operate lift trucks and overhead cranes
• Able to lift up to 50lbs

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

• Experience inspecting fabricated and welding parts
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints and layout fabricated parts as per drawing
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  
• Secondary school certification. Diploma in any field preferred

• Ability to safely operate lifting equipment
• Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
