We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, as well as the ability to conduct thorough inspections and audits. The Quality Assurance Inspector will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to quality and excellence in manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with purchase orders, drawings and specifications.
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines for accurate measurements.
Implement and maintain ISO 9001-2015 and IATF 16949-2016. throughout the manufacturing process.
Perform quality audits to assess compliance with internal quality systems and external regulatory requirements.
Analyze data collected from inspections and tests to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Maintain documentation related to quality control processes, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
Utilize vision inspection systems for automated quality checks where applicable.
Experience
Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment is essential.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 and IATF 16949-2016.
Demonstrated experience conducting quality audits and implementing effective quality management practices.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets related to product quality.
Proficient in using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of work.
