The Opportunity: The Quality Improvement and Accreditation Supervisor (QAIS) oversees a team with a range of responsibilities that support programs to maintain high standards and foster continuous improvement and evaluation projects within Carrier Sekani Family Services. They support the development, implementation and evaluation of each program's performance measurement and management frameworks.

Oversees support for programs in development and review of their program policies and procedures to uphold quality and practice standards. Manages and facilitates improvement initiatives, that support the achievement of various health and social program performance measures. Ensures compliance with CARF quality standards and alignment with health, child and family practice standards and regulations and preparing for accreditation processes and conducting service audits. Performs a full range of supervisory duties including recruiting and training new staff, providing consultation to staff, monitoring performance, developing staff learning objectives, and setting and monitoring compliance of practice standards

What You Will Bring to The Role:

Graduate degree in health or social sciences Quality improvement training, program development and evaluation experience will be considered Experience working in an Accredited organization and knowledge of a Quality Improvement Strategy Member or working towards eligibility for membership with Canadian Evaluation Society or similar organization. Two years' experience in a related field

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $46.6909 to $60.4660 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants' role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
