Role Summary




Leads the quality engineering strategy across ARTs and value streams. Defines enterprise-level quality objectives, aligns automation, performance, security, and reliability practices to PI goals, and drives adoption of DevSecOps and GenAI (MCP Servers, Copilot) across delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities



Set QE strategy across programs; ensure alignment with PI objectives and business outcomes. Govern enterprise metrics: defect leakage, DORA, rework hours, automation ROI. Lead teams of SDETs and QE specialists across Agile Teams and Agile Release Trains. Embed automation, performance, and security testing into the Continuous Delivery Pipeline. Scale frameworks and tools (Playwright, REST Assured, Tricentis Tosca, JMeter, etc.). Integrate GenAI tools (MCP servers, Copilot, etc.) into SDLC for automation, data generation, and defect analysis. Mentor QE talent and lead Communities of Practice. Partner with Release Train Engineers, Solution Managers, and Architects to ensure testability and observability. Influence client stakeholders (Directors/VPs) on quality strategy, metrics, and outcomes.


WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:



Bachelor's degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline Minimum of 10 years' experience in QE/SDET leadership. Proven delivery of QE across large Agile Release Trains or programs. Hands-on in modern automation frameworks, performance/security tools, and CI/CD/CT. Strong knowledge of SAFe 6.0 and Lean Portfolio Management practices. Experience with metrics dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Azure DevOps, etc.). English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. French will be beneficial asset.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
