We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance lifecycle Testing Lead with hands-on experience in Selenium and Playwright using JavaScript to join our Quality Engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and ensuring high-quality releases across our web applications. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing
• Location for this position is Montreal, QC
• 3 to 10+ years of experience in test automation, with at least 1+ year using Selenium.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and integrating tests into pipelines.
• Familiarity with REST API testing and tools like Postman or Playwright's API capabilities.
• Understanding of test design patterns (e.g., Page Object Model).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

Preferred Experience:

• Develop and maintain end-to-end test automation using Selenium.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and API testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs; contribute to root cause analysis.
• Monitor test execution, analyze failures, and maintain test stability.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing.
• Contribute to test data management and environment setup.

Good to have

• Experience with Test Management tools (e.g., TM4J, Zephyr).
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Qualifications requises :

• Minimum 4 ans d'experience en technologies de l'information.
• Minimum 4 ans d'experience en tests QA.
• Le poste est base a Montreal, QC.
• 3 a 10+ ans d'experience en automatisation des tests, dont au moins 1+ an avec Selenium.
• Solide maitrise de JavaScript ou TypeScript.

• Surveiller l'execution des tests, analyser les echecs et maintenir la stabilite des tests.
• Assurer la compatibilite multi-navigateurs et multi-plateformes.
• Contribuer a la gestion des donnees de test et a la configuration des environnements.

Atouts :

• Experience avec des outils de gestion des tests (ex. : TM4J, Zephyr).
• Capacite demontree a travailler sous pression.
• Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite.
