We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems to ensure our manufacturing processes and products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role is essential in driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with IATF standards, and other quality protocols to uphold the highest level of product quality and safety.
Duties
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems aligned with IATF 16949, and other relevant standards.
Conduct internal and external quality audits to evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Perform quality inspections and control activities throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects or deviations.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to resolve quality issues efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development projects to ensure quality assurance from design through production.
Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Facilitate training sessions on quality systems, standards, and procedures for staff members.
Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, non-conformance issues, and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Skills
Strong knowledge of IATF related quality standards.
Proven experience in conducting quality audits and inspections within a manufacturing environment.
Expertise in quality control, assurance, inspection processes, and quality management systems.
Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and tools for process validation and verification.
Project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Analytical skills for data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making related to quality issues.
Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating across departments.
Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing setting is preferred.
