Quality Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Support the development and application of the critical task inspection program. Completion of quality audits and on wing and task related inspections as required. Support communications between PAL Production Management and customer quality representatives. Review technical records for accuracy and complete corrections as required. Review parts for compliance. Maintain compliance with defined quality and safety related procedures. Participate in the administration of the SMS reporting system for reports related to YWG heavy maintenance programs, ensuring effective and timely corrective actions are developed and applied. Support management in the application of the training program requirements. Support production management and personnel as it pertains to research and solution development. Job shadow the Quality Control Lead to build knowledge, skills and abilities through hands-on practical guidance to effectively complete the following tasks. The application of the critical task inspection program; Completion of quality audits and on wing and task-related inspections as required; Serve as primary liaison between PAL Production Management and customer quality representatives; Maintain compliance with defined quality and safety-related procedures; Oversee SMS reporting system for reports related to YWG heavy maintenance programs, ensuring effective and timely corrective actions are developed and applied; Support management in the application of the training program requirements; Provide coaching and support for production management and personnel; Under the guidance of the Quality Control Lead, the Quality Control Coordinator will focus on developing the necessary knowledge and skills to execute the required quality control procedures required for Heavy Maintenance. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

2+ years aviation experience in a safety or quality role maintaining a system Excellent administrative skills. Demonstrate efficiency in applying defined procedures. Reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and effective time management skills. The ability to work independently and contribute to a diverse team.
