Job Description

Quality Coordinator

who thrives on solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

You'll play a key role in supporting production, engineering, and supply chain teams bringing together your technical expertise, analytical mindset, and commitment to quality.

What You'll Do



Quality Assurance & Compliance



Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to meet company and regulatory standards. Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure product and process compliance. Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 (and other relevant standards). Maintain and update quality documentation: control plans, FMEAs, PPAPs, and work instructions.

Process Improvement & Problem Solving



Analyze production data using statistical tools (SPC, Six Sigma, DMAIC) to identify trends and opportunities. Investigate non-conformances, determine root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing processes. Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, etc.).

Supplier & Customer Quality Support



Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues and enhance incoming material quality. Participate in supplier audits and evaluations. Handle customer complaints and returns with thorough root cause analysis and corrective action plans.

What You Bring



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in a quality or manufacturing engineering role. Strong knowledge of

ISO 9001, AS9100

, and quality management systems. Skilled in

statistical analysis tools

(Excel, SPC, Six Sigma, etc.). Hands-on experience with

APQP, PPAP, FMEA

, and root cause analysis. Ability to read and interpret

engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T

. Excellent

problem-solving, communication, and teamwork

skills. Experience with

Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)

- a strong asset. Certifications such as

Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, CQE (Certified Quality Engineer)

, or

ASQ

are considered a plus.
