Your Role
As part of the engineering and production teams, you'll use your technical expertise to ensure the quality of our harnesses and other electromechanical products. You'll be responsible for inspecting incoming and in-process parts, maintaining compliance and calibration records, and documenting any non-conformities.
What You'll Do
Inspect all incoming parts and conduct in-process inspections;
Gather and file supplier documentation (certificates of compliance, etc.);
Prepare and manage non-conformity reports;
Work closely with engineering to analyze and resolve issues;
Recommend and follow up on corrective and preventive actions;
Track calibrated tools and products with expiration dates;
Keep compliance records up to date;

What We're Looking For
College diploma (DEC, AEC, or equivalent) in a related technical field;
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
Strong attention to detail and precision;
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills;
Knowledge of
ISO 9001:2015
(an asset);
Familiarity with manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, quality control);
Understanding of materials and production techniques.
